This is a traditional method of preserving fresh herbs & one of the BEST ways to capture the flavor for the winter months to come. Organic Thyme, Sage, Oregano, Rosemary and Parsely are finely chopped & blended with Redmond's real mineral salt to preserve the flavor. Comes in a cute reusable glass jar with a cork top & wooden spoon- these make great gifts!
