A tasty blend of medicinal herbs to soothe & support you during your menstrual cycle. Blend of blood building, hormone balancing, smooth muscle supporting herbs for your body & spirit during your moontime.

Ingredients: Organically Grown Nettle, Red Clover, Peppermint, Tulsi, Rose, Calendula

Recommended Use: Pour 6 oz hot water over 1 tsp of tea & cover for 4-6 minutes. Strain & enjoy!
